The Opinions Database enables members to share their shopping experiences with other members. Public criticism puts pressure on substandard businesses to improve. Public praise reinforces the positive and helps move the expected standard higher. Often business owners don't hear from customers who are dissatisfied. They can't fix a problem if they don't know it exists, so please use this database regularly to inform them.

Members can submit information as often as they like and each submission will appear in the database. If a business responds to a member's complaint and takes steps to remedy an incident please submit an update stating so. For this database to be effective, both the good news and the bad must be reported.
